1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of MotorCircle. By creating an account you agree to them.

2. Our role

MotorCircle provides a platform for users to list vehicles and communicate. Sales and swaps are agreements between users. We are not a party to them and do not guarantee any vehicle's condition, history, roadworthiness, title or the performance of any user.

3. Accounts

You must be 18 or over, provide accurate information and keep your login secure. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the community guidelines.

4. Listings

You must own or be authorised to sell or swap any vehicle you list, and the information must be accurate. Prohibited listings are described in the community guidelines.

5. Guide prices

Guide prices are indicative ranges derived from advertised prices. They are not valuations, offers or guarantees, and you should not rely on them as such.

6. Paid features

Where offered, subscriptions renew until cancelled and can be cancelled at any time from your account. Boosts run for the stated duration. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from transactions between users.

8. Changes and contact
